We dealt with Jeff Olivero, a project manager at Roofcorp Incorporated, to have our roof replaced after a spring hailstorm. Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am impressed with Ben and his team at Roofcorp. They tore out the old roof and installed the new one in great time, even picked up the pace to avoid an incoming snowstorm. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards, including returning a second time to do a final sweep for any remaining materials or nails. We had a small issue with a cracked window, to which Ben replied immediately by coming out the next morning and rectified the situation in 10 minutes, including offering to call the insurance company for us to close the final communication loop. TLock shingles have been discontinued due to quality concerns. Roofcorp can replace your TLock roof with stronger asphalt shingle.
